Creating Optimum Physical Health
Reasons For Aging:

High Blood Sugar: The release of insulin into our blood stream in an effort to lower sugar (glucose), which we obtain from eating too many carbohydrates and sugars can increase blood sugar. The side effects of too much insulin being released in the body are, fatigue, depression, weight-gain and eventually diabetes.

Toxin Accumulation: We are what we eat, absorb and fail to eliminate. Our food intake is accompanied by pesticides, steroids, and an over abundance of estrogen. You know when you are holding toxins in your body if you do not have at least one bowel movement a day, or after each heavy meal.
Chronic Inflammation: This is caused by nutrient deficiency. When the body doesn’t have the proper enzymes at its disposal to break down foods it will store it.

Hormonal Imbalance: If a person is suffering from thyroid irregularity, they may experience fatigue if it is low and anxiousness if it is too high. Also if estrogen and testosterone are unbalanced a person will experience a reduced or hypersexual libido.

Acidosis: If the body has a ph lower than 7.0 it is living in a state of acidity. This means that the cells in the body are not receiving enough oxygen to thrive. If the body can remain at a constant state of 7.0-8.0 ph, it is impossible for the body to host germs, viruses or produce cancer cells.

Collagen Deficiency: Collagen is a protein that serves as the building block for all connective tissues in the body. If enough collagen is not being produced, tissues get stiff and brittle. Then the body responds by producing lipoproteins (plaque) to patch all of the cracks in the arteries, membranes and inner linings of the organs. Once the plaque builds up you get blockages, thus creating digestive problems in the colon and intestines as well as high blood pressure which eventually leads to strokes or heart-attacks.

Chronic Stress: Under duress the adrenal glands release adrenaline and cortisol into the blood stream. These hormones speed up heart rate, breathing rate, blood pressure and metabolism. The liver releases stored glucose to increase energy for fight or flight response which is thus stored as inflammation and weight gain. The stress on the body from all of this activity wears down a person’s immune system and actually changes the structure of the brain to be hyper-sensitive toward future stressful events.

The Answer to Slowing Down the Aging Process:
THINK, DRINK, SLEEP, EAT, POOP, MOVE, BREATH, TALK

Think: Your mind must remain in peace and positive thought in order to combat    the harmful effects of stress on the body.

Drink: You should drink half your body weight in purified water a day, because it is what hydrates your cells and aids in the overall cleansing process.

Sleep: 8 hours of sleep is required at night in order to allow the body ample time to repair tissue, reorganize neural connections in the brain and to give the immune system time to regenerate itself.

Eat: The body requires nine servings of colorful fruits and vegetables daily. It needs lean, clean, organic if possible, protein. In small doses it benefits from unprocessed grains (mostly gluten free). It also depends on Omega 3 and 6, pure fats and oils to function properly. Finally, due to depletion of the nutrients in the soil are food is grown in, our food no longer has the minerals, and vitamins we need to sustain proper health. For this reason we now must supplement our diets.

Poop: It is considered healthy to have a bowel movement after each major meal.

Move: Exercise helps to tone, and oxidize the body. Without exercise the digestive system slows down which causes weight gain, which causes toxic retention and the heart has to pump faster to push blood through heavily cluttered arteries.

Breathe: Deep breathing techniques increase oxygen to the cell, which in turn keeps cancer at bay and at the same time allows for overall relaxation which wards off the harmful effects of stress.

Talk: Connection with another helps a person to feel love and minimizes fear.

Other Helpful Hints:
A person should have a daily intake of flax seed and fish oil in order to provide the body with the essential oils for brain development as well as being a transport system to bring oxygen through the blood stream and into the cells.
